Objectives

François Mitterrand was a French Republic’s President from 1981 to 1995. He promised to restore justice. Above all, he wanted to win the elections and bring socialist party to power uniting the left. François Mitterrand has presented to elections for a long time without winning national fervor. Having done a lot of studies we should think that he should follow the system. This was partly the case. He really wanted to be the first.

Mendès France

The Mendès France government will undoubtedly inspire François Mitterrand for the first year from 1981 to 1982. The Nationalization Law of February 11, 1982 will preview an exacerbated market law. French money will be privatized from 1973 to 1983. Without a public currency, it is debt money’s mechanism that is chosen.
